The Official After Party of the Garden Party

One of our absolute favorite events of the year is coming up – The Azalea Festival. With events held throughout the year, the premier event, the Azalea Festival Luncheon Garden party is Friday, April 8.

The Azalea Festival showcases the culture and history of Wilmington, and is a long-standing tradition of 75 years. This year, the festival will be held from April 4th through April 10th this year. Join us for our official dockside after party of the Garden Party – The After Garden Get Down for some live music, dancing, and always a good time to celebrate Southern-style.

The Airlie Luncheon Garden Party

The premier event of the Azalea Festival, the Airlie Gardens Luncheon Garden Party, brings 2,500 people to the Airlie Gardens to celebrate all that the Azalea Festival stands for – showcasing our art, culture, history, and gardens. Once the Garden Party is over, hop onto the trolley waiting outside the entrance to the Airlie Gardens and head over to the Official Garden Party After Party. We’ll have live music from the hottest party band, Uptown Easy, from 2-6pm on our waterfront patio, with a meet and greet with Queen Azalea and celebrity guests! Our trolley will be picking up guests from the Airlie Gardens throughout the afternoon to shuttle back to the party. The pick up location will be clearly marked.

The After Garden Get Down is open to the public, so if you didn’t make it to the Garden Party, no worries. We’ll be keeping the party going at Bluewater! If you would like to purchase tickets to the Garden Party, Bluewater offers a VIP Garden Party ticket package, which can be purchased here.
